PRZEMYSŁAW KOWALSKI
Przemysław Kowalski speaking on stage

KEYNOTE · EXECUTIVE ROOM · LIVE NARRATIVE

Speaking that activates a decision.

I do not decorate an agenda. I translate complex technology, expose the real question and create the shared moment after which the room knows what to do next.

For boards, conferences and organisations that need movement — not another presentation about trends.Bring me the room

THE FORMAT

The content should remain in decisions, not notebooks.

A strong talk does not end with applause. It establishes the language people will use after they leave the room. I combine the experience of a deeptech operator, transformation leader and trainer with live narrative instead of slide-heavy theatre.

What the room can do

01

Understand the hard thing

AI, quantum, photonics or technological transformation are translated into consequences for business and people.

02

Name the real decision

Instead of a trend list, participants receive a conflict, choice and accountability they can carry into real work.

03

Move together

Shared language and an explicit next move help a board or team stop orbiting the topic and begin acting on it.

FORMATS

One narrative. Different levels of access.

01

Keynote

A strong live narrative for a large room, built around the event’s moment, the industry and the decision that should remain afterwards.

02

Closed executive session

Less stage, more accountability. Work on the organisation’s actual dilemmas through questions, discussion and an explicit next move.

03

Live-narrative programme

A sequence of sessions where narrative, live visual thinking and participant work build understanding without slide overload.

CREDIBILITY

I speak from inside the work, not from a commentator’s balcony.

I have built business around space technology, photonics, quantum, defence, Industry 4.0 and AI. On stage, that lets me connect frontier technology with consequences for boards, teams and markets.

FAQ

Before we put a title on the agenda

01

Polish or English?

I deliver keynotes and executive sessions in Polish and English. Language, examples and pace are adapted to the audience, not merely to the event title.

02

Is the keynote an off-the-shelf product?

I use tested narrative axes, but I do not sell a generic keynote with a swapped logo. We first define the event’s moment, audience and the decision the organiser wants to activate.

03

Which topics are the strongest fit?

Organisational AI transformation, deeptech commercialisation, leadership under uncertainty, frontier technology and turning complexity into a decision and coordinated movement.
